8 oz almond paste
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c flour
pine nuts or slivered almonds on top
Directions:
Directions:
Add almond paste to egg whites using electric mixer. Beat to remove lumps. Mix sugar, powdered sugar and flour with eggs and paste. Place a teaspoonful on a greased or parchment papered cookie sheet, topping with nuts. Bake at 300º for 20-25 minutes.
