2 C Graham Cracker crumbs
4 tblsp sugar
2 tsp flour1/2 stick melted butter

Filling:
2 lbs cream cheese-softened
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Topping
1 pint sour cream
3/4 C sugar
3/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 fresh lemon juice


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Combine dry ingredients for crust and stir in melted butter.
Press crumbs into 10 " springform pan. Bake 5 mins.
Remove from oven, let cool.
Turn off oven.

Meanwhile for filling beat together cream cheese, 1 c sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extracts.
Spoon into cooled crust.
Place in COLD oven and turn oven to 350 deg and bake for 30 min.

Combine ingredients for topping and pour over cheesecake and bake 8 mins longer.
Cool and refrigerate overnight
