Boneless skinless chicken
Spinach
Walnuts
Shredded Mozzarella
Olive Oil
Breadcrumbs
Sour Cream
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to make it thin.
Stuffing: spinach thawed and drained, 3 tbsp walnuts toasted, shredded mozzarella
Put stuffing on chicken and roll.
Secure with tooth pick
Brush each roll with olive oil
Coat with bread crumbs
Bake 400 degrees for 25 min
Before serving add sauce
Sauce: 1 cup pan drippings or chicken broth, 2 cups sour cream, 4 tbsp flour
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until thickened. Pour over chicken
