3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups flour
3 cups Rice Crispies cereal
3 sticks butter softened
Sprinkle salt
1 or 2 tsp Red Pepper (Cayenne) to taste
Paprika - Reserve until after cooking

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except Paprika by hand or using an electric mixer with a Dough attachment. Drop by tablespoon rolled in your hand on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment. Dip a salad fork in flour and press each biscuit. Bake at 350 - 375 degrees on top rack for 6 min and then move to bottom rack for 6 min until barely browned on top. Sprinkle tops lightly with Paprika while hot. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container.
