4 to 6 chicken breast
large can mushroom soup
1 c milk
Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice
garlic salt
cayenne
chili powder
parsley
cumin
flour
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice according to the box directions. Mix the spices with the flour. Coat the chicken breast with the flour mixture. Brown in a frying pan in melted margarine until the spices are baked on. When the rice is cooked, take off heat, add the soup and milk. Put a small layer of the sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Place the chicken on top. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the chicken. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
