4 pounds ground beef
1 c. Chopped onions
1 bottle (14 oz. Ketchup)
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Chopped celery
1/4 c. Lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown;drain. Add remaining ingredients;heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat;cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cool. Divide among five 1 pint freezer containers.
