3 cups All Purpose Flour (Sifted)
1tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 - 8 oz. Crushed Pineapples drained
2 cups Mashed Bananas
2 cups Chopped Pecans

Frosting
1 stick Butter (Soften)
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 box 10x Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Sift Flour, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon together in large mixing bowl

Slightly beat Eggs and sit aside

Add Oil to Flour mixture and mix on medium speed - Add Vanilla - Add Sugar - Continue to mix - Add Bananas - Add nuts

Pour batter into lightly greased floured pan(s)

Bake: Bundt pan - 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
2 - 3 cake pans for layered cake - Bake 30 - 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cake cool completely - then frost with cream chees icing
