Ingredients: 1 - 8oz Sour Cream & Chives Cream Cheese (Bring to room temperature) 1 - 8oz Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese (Bring to room temperature) 2 Eggs 10 oz. Chopped Frozen Spinach (Drained) 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 Jar Marinara Sauce 1 box Shells

Directions:Preheat oven 375 degrees
Prepares Shells according to directions on the box - Reduce cooking time to 7 minutes - Drain shells and set aside
In Medium side bowl mix both Cream Cheeses and Eggs on low speed until smooth
Add Spinach to cream cheese and mix with spoon until mixed thoroughly
Add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and continue to mix with spoon until well mixed
Lightly grease larger baking dish - Using about 1 1/2 Tbsp. of mixture stuff shells and place shell in baking dish
Pour Marinara sauce over stuffed shells
Top with remaining Cheese
Cover dish with foil and bake 35 minutes
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes |
