2 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion (chopped fine)
1 T. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
5 tsp. Chili Powder
3 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 qt. Water

Cook ground beef until browned, then add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered.
