2 pounds of round steak
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup water OR use 1 Pakage of Stove Top stuffing mix
cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crumbs, celery, salt, egg, butter together to make dressing.
Cut the steak into individual serving size, can use meat mallet to pound thinner.
Place a spoonfull of dressing mixture in each steak and roll it up, fasten with toothpick. Roll in flour and brown in olive oil or crisco till all sides are browned.
Transfer to baking dish when brown and mix 1 cup of water with the mushroom soup and pour over the top of the steak.

Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
