1 pkg Cream Cheese
1 pkg lime jello, large
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup whipping cream/Cool Whip
1 cup mini marshmallows.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, Cool. Have cream cheese room temp, to work with a fork. Gradually add pineapple and juice to the cream cheese and mix together. When the jello is getting syrupy, add the cheese and pineapple mixture, nuts and celery. Fold in the whipped cream and marshmallows. Chill in a mold or pour into a pan or cassarole dish. Cut into squares and garnish with maraschino cherries when serving.

I remember this being one of Mom's jello salads she made quite often when company was coming. Its pretty easy to make and looks colorful and tastes great.
