1 sour cream cake
2 small tubs of fat free whipped topping
1 c. lemon juice
1 can fat free condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions to make the cake mix in a 9X13 pan using egg whites only (2 whites=1 egg) and using equal amount of applesauce instead of oil. Bake and let the cake cool.
Meanwhile, mix lemon juice and condensed milk thoroughly. After cake has cooled, cut in half lengthwise to create two (thinner) 9X13 sections. Place one layer of cake on bottom of a clean 9X13 pan. Spread 1/2 of lemon mixture on top. Next spread 1 tub of whipped topping. Repeat layers, ending with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with lemon zest.
