2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs franks hot sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 medium onion
1 bunch of cilantro
8-10 medium plum tomatoes
1 jalapeņo pepper

Directions:
Directions:
I make this recipe in a ninja blender or food processor.

Mix oil, franks hot sauce, balsamic vinegar , salt and pepper.

Then add onion cut in half and a bunch of cilantro, plum tomatoes cut in half and a jalapeņo to the mixture. Blend in food processor or can all be chopped by hand.

I usually double the recipe when I make it because it goes fast.
