3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 can evaporated milk
1 can or jar poppyseed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place dry ingredients in bowl. Add liquids and mix until smooth. Add poppyseed. Beat well two minutes. Pour into ungreased 10 inch angel food cake pan or two loaf pans. Bake 70 minutes. Cool cake before removing from pan.
