3 T chopped onion
¼ c butter (2 T)
6 T flour (2 T)
2 c milk (1 c)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c diced cooked ham
1 T lemon juice
1 c cooked peas (optional)
Baking powder biscuit dough (to make about 6-8)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Remove from heat, blend in flour. Stir in milk gradually, & then soup. Bring to boil over low heat, boil 1 min. Stir in ham, lemon juice, & peas.
Pour into greased 8” x 12” dish (or 2 qt. casserole). Drop biscuit dough on top. Bake 15 - 20 min. at 450º. (For less sauce, use the amounts in parentheses.)
