Ingredients: metal cookie sheets butter crescent rolls ham {sliced, cubed, chunked, any way you want it} shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:Each container of crescent rolls holds 8. So each recipe will only make you 4 ham and cheese pockets. Need more? Increase your ingredient list accordingly.
Pre Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Open your container of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Divide the dough into 4 even square sections (usually 2 triangles worth).
Lay out your dough squares onto your cookie sheets.
Add your ham and cheese to one side of the dough.
Fold over the remaining dough to cover the ham and cheese, tucking the ingredients inside the best you can.
Take your fingers and mash the open ends of the dough so that it will seal together nicely.
Once you are finished putting the ham and cheese pockets together, pop them in the oven for about 7-9 minutes. The edges will be slightly browning and they will have puffed up a little.
Remove the pockets from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes, then serve warm. |
