2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. Creole seasoning
14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes
6 med. carrots cut into 1” chunks
4 med. potatoes cut into large chunks
1 large onion cut into large chunks
1/8 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in Crockpot. Combine flour and seasonings and sprinkle over beef. Toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients and cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Remove bay leaves and serve over cooked rice.
