2 Cups Prepared Stuffing (Stove-Top)
6 Double Pork Chops (slit for stuffing)
1 T. Shortening
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Heinz 57 Sauce
1/3 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place stuffing in pockets of pork chops. Secure with toothpicks or string. Brown pork chops in shortening; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in shallow baking pan. Combine Heinz 57 sauce and water; pour over pork chops. Cover pan with foil; bake in 350 degree oven for 1 ¼ hours.
