Basic Crepe Batter recipe*

Filling:
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. shrimp
10 oz. can cream of shrimp
1 1/2 c. crab
Dash soy sauce
Dash Worcestershire
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. milk
Small can water chestnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Sauté onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Fill prepared crepes and roll.
