1-1/2 c milk
1/2 c cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and pour into heated pan.

Using iron frying pan. (Can use any pan doing same process). Put shortening (approx. 1/4 cup around the sides and bottom of pan.) Place pan in preheated oven of 375 degrees. Let pan get hot. Take pan from oven and pour mixture into pan. Hot grease will "fry" when batter is poured into it. This makes the crust a little crunchy. Cook approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and firm.
