2 pounds pork loin roast (not pork tenderloin)
Lawry's seasoned salt
Stubb's Smoky Mesquite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put the meat in a crock pot with an inch of water. Lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt. Pour half of the barbecue sauce on top.

Cook on low for 5 or 6 hours. Drain water and then chop or shred the meat. Then add in the remaining barbecue sauce, toss, and serve with hamburger buns.
