24 large mushroom caps
1 pound ground pork
1 T. minced garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1.2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. In a skillet, over medium heat brown pork and other ingredients except cheese. Cool. Add cheese. Using cookie sheet covered in foil, lay out mushroom caps. Fill with mixture. Bake for 25 minutes
