1 lb liver, sliced 1/2 " thick
1/2 c flour with salt and pepper
1 diced onion
4 tbsp. fat
2 diced carrots
6 diced potatoes
1 c tomato juice
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut liver in small squares and flour. Brown liver and add onion. When the onion is browned add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer gently 45 min or more until vegetables are tender.
