8 pieces of boneless/skinless chicken
8 slices American cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water or milk
1 cup herbed stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a 9X13 casserole pan. Lay cheese on top. Mix soup and liquid and spoon over chicken and cheese. Crush stuffing and sprinkle over. Drizzle butter over crumbs.

Bake at 350º for one hour or till soft.

Nancy here: When I make it I use two cans of chicken soup and 1/2 can of water, and I use a box of Stove Top Stuffing on top. (Note: Do not mix stuffing with water; just use dry stuffing.) We love the gravy and stuffing mixture so it is not too much for the broth if you use two cans.
