One 5 pound bag of potatoes (boiled and diced)
1 dozen eggs (hard boiled, peeled, and diced)
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt and pepper

Note: Audrey says to add vinegar to taste and she uses a full jar of mayonnaise.

Boil, peel and dice potatoes.
Boil eggs, peel, and dice.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over potatoes and eggs and stir all together. (Note: If not enough sauce, make and add more.)

Some people add chopped celery and onions to the salad.)

You need to make the sauce to your taste. Add onions, celery, whatever you prefer. These amounts of ingredients are approximate, you need to mix the sauce to your taste. Audrey says to use red potatoes because they stay firm in the salad. She learned from Grandma Phillips and Grandma just dumped in what she thought was good and tasted it.
