For 50 (one roaster oven batch):
4 1/2 lbs. cooked roast beef and broth
3 lbs. fresh sliced carrots
2 qts. green beans
3 lbs. frozen corn
3 lbs. frozen peas
1 qt. tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 large chopped, onion
1 lb. frozen lima beans
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 bunch celery
1/2 lb. noodles (uncooked)

Mix each of the three batches (3 batches feeds 150) in an electric roaster oven. Start the roasters at 6:00 p.m. the night before. Bring to a boil. Turn down to 200º F and allow to cook all night long. Add the 1/2 lb. of noodles in the morning.
