4 eggs
1/4 cup milk or half and half
1 t vanilla
1 T sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
4 - 6 slices of bread
oil for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and milk. Cut bread slices in half and dip in egg mixture. Generously oil a hot skillet and fry the toast halves til crispy and browned. More oil equals crispier toast.
