1 lb. angel hair pasta
3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tbs. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbs butter
1 cup reserved pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add pasta to a boiling pot of water and cook according to package instructions.
As pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over low heat. Add drizzle of olive oil then garlic and cook over low heat for approx.3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and 1 cup of pasta water. Bring heat up to medium and bring to simmer.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
Remove from heat then add parsley, Parmesan and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
