Directions:
DOUGH: Put flour in a large tupperware bowl. Make a well in the center as big as your hand. Add all ingredients except yeast into well. Sprinkle yeast over the liquid. Do not mix but seal lid. Let set one hour (or in fridge overnight). Remove seal. Add 1 cup melted "Blue Bonnet" margarine. Knead dough. May have to add additional flour, not more than 2 cups though. Seal again, leave until seal pops. Shape for rolls or kuchen. For kucken roll out amount to fit pie pan, about 1/2 inch thick or so. Prick dough with fork in several spots. Place fruit on top of dough. NOTE: I cook custard in microwave for awhile till it starts to thicken so it doesn't run all over the pan. Pour custard onto kuchen dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon, Bake at 350º for 25-20 minutes. This will make 4 kuchens.
