1 (32-ounce) bag of frozen hash-brown potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup bag of grated mild Cheddar cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped onion

Topping:

2 cups of crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish. Place thawed potatoes in the casserole dish. In a bowl, combine butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, and onion together, and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
