Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tortes: The cream cheese mixture will be enough to use in 48 individual graham cracker crusts with a thin layer at the bottom. Each small package of “instant” pudding will then fill 12 crusts. If you don’t want to make 48, just throw out extra cream cheese mixture.

Lay out your graham cracker crusts in preparation to fill (12 per flavor of pudding)

Cream cheese mixture:
1 package Dream Whip
1 8oz. package of cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Dream Whip according to directions. When it peaks, beat in the cream cheese until mixed in. (If not at room temperature or too cold, you will have some small lumps…that’s OK…don’t overbeat as this will make the cream cheese layer runny in the torte). Beat in the powdered sugar. Take a regular teaspoon and put a good scoop into each crust. Then smooth (flatten) out this layer.

Prepare a package of instant pudding according to package directions. I have a larger 6 cup glass measuring cup for ease of pouring into the crusts but you can spoon in from a bowl. I use a wire whisk. Don’t over beat as it will thicken in the crusts. Pour into 12 of the crusts.

Repeat with other flavors.

Top with about a tablespoon of Cool Whip (smoothed/flattened out over the top). It will take two regular sized Cool Whips if you make 48.

Top with garnish. I use grated choc. Chips on chocolate, toasted coconut on coconut, peanuts on banana or butter pecan, butterscotch chips on butterscotch, etc.

Keep refrigerated until served.
