Cocktail Sauce:

1/2 cup cold water
1 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped 1/4-inch dice
1 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped finely
1/2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, chopped finely with seeds removed
6 tablespoons avocado, chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, red
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, green
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tablespoons Cajun chef hot sauce

For each serving:

6 ounce cocktail sauce (above recipe)
30 to 40 small shrimp, peeled, cooked, chilled
1 tablespoon blackening spice (if desired)
1 lime wedge
2 sprigs cilantro
1, 2 count of Tequila (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
To make cocktail sauce, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Serve chilled.

Combine cocktail sauce and remaining ingredients and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
