Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 sticks butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour milk (or make sour milk by adding 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar to 1/2 cup milk)

Frosting:

3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the water, butter and cocoa, stirring well to mix. Remove from heat after butter is melted and mixture has come to a boil briefly. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl add remaining ingredients. Add butter mixture slowly to the flour mixture, with the mixer on, being careful to mix well and not cook the eggs with the hot liquid. Mix until well moistened--there may be lumps. Pour into a greased and floured 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean, or cake springs back in center when touched lightly. Cool completely before frosting.

For frosting, combine chocolate and butter in small pan. Melt over low heat, stirring to mix. Put in small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
