1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3 lbs ricotta cheese
2 boxes Giant shells
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan or romano cheese
4-6 eggs
Spaghetti sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Meat mixture: brown and drain the ground beef, stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese and two eggs
Cheese mixture: put ricotta in bowl and add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and two eggs

Put sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Stuff half the shells with cheese mixture and half with beef mixture
Pour more sauce over the top of stuffed shells
Bake 375 degrees for 35 min
