Loaf of Italian bread (smaller thickness)
Olive Oil
Pica de gallo (in produce department)
Marzetti Ranch Dip
1 cucumber
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Peel and dice cucumber
Place Italian bread slices on cookie sheet
Brush with olive oil
Lightly salt
Broil 5-7 minutes until toasted
Cool
Spread with Marzetti ranch
Top with Pico de gallo and cucumber

Serve within 30 minutes so they do not get soggy!
