Ingredients:  
1 package of lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple--drained
1/2 cup celery--finely diced
1/2 cup nuts--optional
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
1 small package Philadelphia cream cheese--I can't find the small package so I just cut it in half
1 cup whipping cream--made from scratch
1 Tablespoon diced carrot

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir until dissolved.
Add celery, carrots, nuts and pineapple. Put in refrigerator until set--fold in whipping cream.
Put in jello mold or dish. Chill.
