2 3/4 cup Raisin Bran
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, add the rest in given order and mix well. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for about 15 minutes. NOTE: Muffin dough may be refrigerated for up to six weeks before baking as desired. More raisins or nuts may be added. Also may sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon before baking.
