3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh, frozen or canned blueberries (drained)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large bowl beat margarine, sugar and eggs till light and fluffy. Mix in milk, orange juice and grated peel. Stir until blended. Gradually stir in flour mixture until blended. Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 1 hour or until done when tested. NOTE: may use raisins instead of nuts. Freezes well.
