1 lb thinly sliced Sirloin Steak ( or you can use deli roast beef)
8 slices provolone cheese
4 large green bell peppers
1 lb sweet mushrooms
1 medium sweet onion
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
slice top off pepper and remove ribs and seeds
saute mushrooms and onions over medium heat with butter, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Saute steak in a little olive oil (about 5 minutes)
Add cooked meat to mushroom/onion mix.
Line pepper with provolone cheese slice.
Fill with meat mixture and top with another slice of cheese.
bake 400 for 15-20 minutes
