2 lbs ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
2 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1 onion grated fine
1 egg
1 head cabbage
2 tins tomato soup or v8 juice
1 c sour cream or 1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 onion grated fine

Directions:
Freeze cabbage whole after taking core out then let it thaw for1 hr and steam it in hot water leafs come off easy...mix beef. Egg grated onion rice salt and pepper ..form a oblong shape to fit into cabbage leaf . Roll leaf around beef place in roaster layer soup and rolls. Put soup sou cream and onion on top bake 350- 2. Hr
