8 oz. cubed cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. crushed dill weed
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Baked fish to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until cheese melts and sauce is hot (don't boil), about 10 minutes. Serve over broiled fish or chicken or toss with pasta, if desired.
