1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
4 eggs
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. drained whole kernel corn
1/4 - 1 tsp. salt
2 cans green chili pepper
1 c. canned cream corn
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into 10" pie pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 1 hour at 350º or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready for use. Reheat, covered and thawed at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes or just microwave.
