1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 c. sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tsp. chives

Directions:

Brown beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, Ro-tel, sugar, salt and basil. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Line bottom of greased shallow 2 quart casserole with 1/3 of noodles. Mix chives, sour cream, cream cheese and ricotta. Spread 1/3 of mixture over noodles. Spread 1/3 of meat sauce. Repeat layers twice more. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle mozzarella over top and bake until melted.
