2 bottles of white Rhine wine
3 tsp. Curacao or Triple Sec
¼ c. brandy
Good dash of bitters
About 1 ½ c. club soda
Few slices of fresh fruit (apple, orange, strawberries, pineapple)
2 – 3 sprigs fresh mint, bruised
Sugar to taste (optional --- I have never used)
Few ice cubes (or small ice ring)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT the soda and ice about 1 hour before serving. Add the soda and ice before serving.
