2 c Powdered Milk
1/4 c Powdered Sugar
16 oz jar Jiff Peanut Butter
1 lb pkg Chocolate Bark
Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl mix powdered milk, powdered sugar and peanut butter by hand until moist and holds together when pressed. (Note: If mixture is dry add 1/4 cup of butter) Roll into small balls, place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
Place in freezer until frozen. Melt chocolate bark in microwave. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate till covered. Place back on waxed paper until set. Store in air tight container.
