2 cups cubed Chicken (smoked)
2 cups cubed Pork (smoked)
2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
4 cups Water
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 large Potato, peeled and cubed
1 can Tomatoes with juice
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can Early Lima Beans, drained
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, pork, onion, potato and bullion cubes in a large pot. Add water and simmer about an hour. Add tomatoes with juice, corn, lima beans, BBQ sauce and salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Note: Leftover smoked meat is best but you can use meat that is not smoked and add a little Liquid Smoke to give the smoky flavor.
