1 1/4 cups water, boiling
1 package lemon or orange jello
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sliced peaches
1 pie crust shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water to boil in 2 quart saucepan.

Add jello and stir until dissolved.

Add ice cream by spoon full into jello. Stir until ice cream is melted.

Add vanilla.

Chill until mixture thickens but is not set (25 to 30 minutes approx).

Fold in peaches (sweetened if desired).

Turn into cooled, baked pie shell.

Chill until firm (25-30 minutes approx).
