1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Butter, divided
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cayenne (optional)
3 10 oz pkg frozen Chopped Spinach
1/3 c finely chopped Onions
1 c grated Monterey Jack Cheese
2 c Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over low heat. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, nutmeg and pepper. Cook spinach and drain. Stir spinach, onion and Monterey Jack cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 dish. Melt remaining butter and stir in the bread crumbs. Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
