Celery
Carrots

Dumplings
1 cup flour
21/2 tsp baking power
Dash salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil four vegetables.
In large fry pan heat gravy and meat.
Add vegetables when they are done.

Dumplings
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
1st add 1/2 cup of milk.
2nd add 2tbsp melted butter
To dry mixture.
Spoon on cooked meat, veg., and gravy. It should be very hot. Light boil.
Cover for 10 minutes. As Tom says, "Don't peak!"

Mom usually did this with left over roasted chicken and gravy. She sure knew how to stretch a chicken into many meals.
