1 can Creamed Corn
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 box Jiffy Corn Meal Mix
1 stick Butter, melted
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Egg
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix corns, butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in Jiffy Mix and mix well. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
